1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-tailored suits or personalized shoes
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Worn or washed garments/shoes
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a clear photo or explanation of the issue.
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us (shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
